Background Since joining Swiftwater Group, Kate has focused on organizing the submission of regulatory documents, developing and monitoring project workplans and timelines, and managing clinical development programs. She is also involved in coordinating many Swiftwater Group internal activities, including recruiting, marketing, and overhead. Kate brings an intuitive knowledge of tools and processes needed for project management to insure projects are clearly planned, tracked and completed. Her previous experience includes work with a pharmaceutical lobbying group, as well as the Health office of a Senate Committee on Capitol Hill. Education Kate holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Health Care Management. Her studies focused on the pharmaceutical industry and on the policy surrounding health care. On the Personal Side In her spare time, Kate enjoys trying out new recipes, reading books from the public library, and learning to salsa dance.
